Right to Know
You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, our purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions (legal obligations, fraud prevention, completing transactions you requested).
Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. Most information can be updated directly in Account Settings.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. The opt-out above is provided for your records.
Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information
We collect account credentials only for authentication. We do not use sensitive personal information for any secondary purpose.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Exercising your CPRA rights will not affect the price or quality of services you receive from us.
How to Submit a Request
- Email [email protected] with subject "CPRA Request"
- Include your full name and email address associated with your account
- Specify the right(s) you want to exercise
We verify your identity before processing requests. We respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 with notice). Two free requests per 12-month period.
Financial Incentives
We do not offer any financial incentives in exchange for the retention, sale, or sharing of personal information.
